Sources

Every answer has a source. Here they are.

Fuentio reads only official, open registers. This page lists each one: who publishes it, what we take, under which licence, how often it changes, and what we leave out.

Official registers

France · Full register

Annuaire des Entreprises (API Recherche d'entreprises)

Publisher
DINUM, the French State's digital agency, with data from INSEE (Sirene) and INPI (RNE)
What we take
  • Identity: SIREN, head-office SIRET, VAT number, legal name, trade names
  • Legal form (INSEE legal category), status (active or ceased) and its date
  • Incorporation date, registered office address
  • Activity code (NAF) and headcount band
  • Officers' names and roles, as published in the RNE
Licence
Licence Ouverte / Etalab 2.0 ↗Officer data comes from the INPI RNE under its reuse licence, which asks us to cite the source and its date of last update. ↗
How often it changes
Updated daily from Sirene and the RNE.
How we keep up
We fetch a record when it is asked for and keep it 7 days; after that the next request checks the source again.
What we don't take
  • Officers' birth dates and nationality: never read
  • Companies that opted out of public diffusion: the source leaves them out, and so do we
  • No search by a person's name

Spain · Company events since 6 October 2025

BORME, Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil (Section A)

Publisher
Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE)
What we take
  • Company acts published since 6 October 2025: incorporations, appointments and removals, address changes, capital changes, dissolutions, extinctions and more
  • Company name and legal form, registered office, share capital, corporate purpose
  • The Registro Mercantil sheet number (hoja) that identifies the company
  • Officers' names and roles, as published
Licence
BOE reuse conditions ↗Commercial reuse is allowed with the source and a link cited: “Basado en datos de la Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado”. ↗
How often it changes
Published Monday to Friday, in the morning.
How we keep up
We read each day's BORME at 09:00 Madrid time, and again at 12:00 if it isn't out yet.
What we don't take
  • National ID numbers and nationality printed in act texts: removed before anything is stored
  • Documents the BOE later excludes in its robots.txt: we treat them as a removal request and hide the officer data that came from them
  • Companies with no act since 6 October 2025, and Spanish tax IDs (NIF/CIF): not covered yet

How we check tool prices

Tool prices come from one catalogue file. A script reads each published Apify actor's public price list and warns us if a price differs; it never changes a price by itself.

Last check: 6 October 2026, 15 of 15 published actors matched.

Source details checked on 6 October 2026. Fuentio is an independent service and is not affiliated with any of these publishers or government bodies.
