Terms
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms apply to fuentio.com, published by Mouad Jaoucha, an individual founder (see the legal notice). Fuentio is a product in preparation: today the site offers information, a demo on a snapshot of public records, and a waitlist. Nothing is sold, and no account or key is issued yet.
1. What the site offers today
- Information about Fuentio's planned company data service for France and Spain, and about our other APIs and tools.
- A demo that searches a saved snapshot of real official records, in your browser.
- A waitlist and contact form, which opens your email app so you can write to us.
2. When the service opens
Before anyone gets an API key or pays anything, these terms will be updated to cover accounts and keys, plans and fees, and how to cancel. Fees will be those shown on the pricing page at that time. Joining the waitlist, including for a Founding Pro seat, commits you to nothing.
3. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use the site or its data against the law, including personal data law;
- resell the data in bulk, or use it to build marketing or prospecting lists about people;
- try to break, overload or get around the site's protections or rate limits.
4. Accuracy of the data
Company data comes from official registers and is shown as they publish it, with its source and the date we last checked it. Registers can be late or wrong, and things change after our last check. The data is information, not legal, financial or tax advice: for important decisions, check the official source, which each record links to.
5. Availability
The site and the demo are provided as they are, on a best-effort basis. We make no service-level commitment and no promise that the site is always available.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions taken on the basis of data from third-party registers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
7. Our other APIs and tools
The Apify actors, APIs and n8n nodes listed on the All APIs & tools page are offered on their own platforms (Apify, RapidAPI, api.market, npm) under those platforms' terms and the tools' own terms and privacy pages, which are linked on each tool's page.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for people on the waitlist, we will tell them by email.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
